Passion. The best writers not only love writing, they are passionate about it. Sandi Showalter developed a passion for writing at a young age. She loved to write short stories and poems during her school years, and kept up her hobby well into her adult life. Finally, after realizing that the Information Technology world was not meeting her creative needs, she struck out to try her hand at the wonderful, and often frightening, world of freelance writing. In addition to short stories and poems, she has published articles for magazines and websites such as, BetterRVing, eHow, Livestrong and AOL, provided entire content for various websites and has several market testing contracts with Blue Mountain Arts greeting cards. Currently working on two fiction novels and one non-fiction book, she also keeps busy as a staff writer for Eye On Soaps and blogging for several sites, including Auto Pros Mobile Detailing.
